Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Classes Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Mandatory one-time registration fees for all members.
• Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• No amount and days will be adjustable on talking leaves.
• In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Shailja Yoga & Fitness.
• Batch transfers or rescheduling may be considered based on availability and management approval.

TTC Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Shailja Yoga & Fitness, we encourage all applicants to review our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully before enrolling in our Teacher Training Course (TTC). These policies are designed to ensure transparency and fair management of course registrations.

Course Seat Confirmation:

To reserve your place in the TTC program, a non-refundable amount of ₹5,000 is required at the time of registration. This amount confirms your enrollment.

Withdrawal Before the Course Begins:

If you cancel your registration before the course starts, the seat booking amount of ₹5,000 will not be refunded. If you have paid any additional course fee, the remaining amount may be refunded after review, subject to necessary deductions.

Withdrawal After the Course Begins:

Once the TTC course has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including personal reasons, health issues, scheduling conflicts, or any unexpected situations.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, health emergencies (including pandemics), or government restrictions, Shailja Yoga & Fitness may modify course arrangements as needed. Depending on the situation, options may include:

• Course rescheduling
• Transfer to a future batch
• Alternative arrangements
• Partial or full refund (if applicable)

No shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the loss of that class credit.

Cancellation Requests:

To cancel your enrolment, participants must submit their request through official written communication to Shailja Yoga & Fitness.

Refund Processing:

Where a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

Changes to This Policy:

Shailja Yoga & Fitness may revise or update this policy when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Acceptance of Policy:

By registering for the Teacher Training Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation and refund policy.
